GB Non-Native Species Secretariat The Risk Assessment page gives general information, links to helpful resources, and provides Risk Assessments for some species in the UK. 

European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization (EPPO) provides Risk Analysis standards, including the EPPO Decision-support scheme for quarantine pests (available in English and French and as a computerized version), the EPPO Decision-support scheme for express Pest Risk Assessment (PRA) and the EPPO prioritization process for invasive alien plants.  Completed Risk Analyses are available here.
